3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are explicitly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

4. Payments, Transactions, and IDR Currency
All transactions on the moga4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users must use payment methods registered in their own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person — even with their permission — is not allowed and may result in the freezing of transactions.
Successfully verified deposits will be credited to the user's account balance. Deposit processing times vary depending on the chosen method — typically a few minutes to one hour for bank transfers and digital wallets, though this may be longer depending on system verification. moga4d is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet account that has been verified and registered in the same name as the account holder. moga4d reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals that require additional verification in the interest of user security. Any transaction fees that may be charged by third parties are the user's responsibility.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
moga4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence of a violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or a request from a competent authority. In the event of account closure due to a violation, any balance linked to fraudulent activity may be confiscated in accordance with applicable internal policy.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned after fulfilling the applicable verification requirements, provided there are no active bets or pending claim processes.
Accounts that have been inactive for a certain period may be subject to an inactive account policy in accordance with the terms in effect at that time.
